ML Work
Yelp Hybrid Recommender System
Built a hybrid recommendation system combining content-based filtering with item–user collaborative filtering to predict personalized restaurant ratings. Achieved an RMSE of 0.92 and ranked top 10 in the program.
Song Success Predictor
Modeled a song’s projected streaming performance using audio and metadata attributes. Conducted bivariate analysis, built linear and stepwise regression models, and validated performance using training/testing splits. All statistical modeling was performed in SPSS.
